All coordination plan and details could will be sufficient to send for contractor to quote, or doing renovation.

The consultant involvement will be recommending the most suitable contractor to our client.

Documentation, all coordination will be carried during the renovation period.

After sales service after project hand over like monitoring Defects liability periods.

There will be a one time photo shooting/ media interview session to promote our client’s project in our own FB Page

Interior Design Consultation Timeline

1 | Design Development Stage (2 – 4 weeks)

For Conceptual Development, Space Planning, Mood Board, Approval and 3D perspective. 

2 | Technical Stage (4 – 6 weeks)

To complete all the coordination technical drawings, sectional elevations, ceiling, floor & furniture details, furniture & material specification list and light fitting schedule. 

3 | Tender Stage (4 weeks)

To invite Tenderer, Ask for quotation, Tender Interview, revise quotation, 2nd Tender Interview, Award Contract. 

4 | Construction Stage (4 weeks)

Weekly or fortnightly meeting, documentation and others. 

Renovation Timeline

A | Smaller renovation project (4 weeks)

Subject to all ID design has been approved. 

B | Medium size of interior renovation project (Within 8 weeks to 12 weeks )

When the project is within 1m – 3m budget.

C | Premium Interior Design renovation project ( Within 12 weeks to 20 weeks)

When the project is above 5m budget. Depends on material delivery lead time and the complicated of design
